Atomic Cupcake Challenge -MBW IV
A young man and zoobomber nicknamed Cupcake has a standing challenge at the Minibike Winter festivities... and a few brave souls stepped up to ride their bicycles into the February superfunded waters of the Willamette River.
Thanks to modern technology Midnight Simon, and BikePortland we have video. Check out Midnight Simon's Blog for a great post on all that was Mini-Bike Winter IV.
Rumor has it that a film crew may have captured some of the insanity -- stay tuned, I may be able to get my hands on that footage, too.

Perhaps send people to the Midnight Mass blog, however (its got the same post on it), as its better plugged into the vancouver bike online network.
